This app wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born out of confusion, sticky notes, and a desperate search for something better.
When I was first diagnosed with psoriasis, I was completely lost. New spots would appear overnight, creams and medicines piled up, and I had absolutely no idea what was working, or what was making things worse. I started jotting everything down in a notes app just to keep track, but it felt like maintaining a messy to-do list, not managing my health.
My co-founder was going through something similar with a family member. We both knew this pain first-hand. So we started looking for an app that could help, and found almost nothing. A few existed, but they either had UIs so outdated they felt abandoned, or they locked you behind a paywall before you could even see what the app did.
That's when we decided to build Clear Days. Around 2–3% of the world lives with psoriasis, and they deserve a modern, thoughtful tool, not an afterthought. We wanted something that feels like a natural part of your day, not another chore.
We started with skin tracking and medication logs. Next, we're adding food logs, so you can finally start connecting the dots: which foods trigger flare-ups, which medicines are actually helping, what your skin looks like week over week. We're planning AI-powered insights on a subscription, but the core tracking will always be free. We believe everyone deserves access to their own health data.
